게임 안에서 언제든 계정과 데이터를 즉시 영구 삭제할 수 있습니다.

게임 실행 → 설정 열기
계정 삭제 선택
안내에 따라 확인 → 삭제 완료

삭제되는 정보

계정(로그인 정보) 및 익명 식별자
게임 진행 데이터(보유 곤충, 재화, 레벨, 트로피, 대전 기록 등)
클라우드 저장 데이터, 방어팀·랭킹 기록
이용자가 작성한 채팅 메시지

삭제는 되돌릴 수 없으며, 삭제 후에는 해당 데이터를 복구할 수 없습니다.

보존되는 정보

결제·환불 기록 등 법령에 따라 보관이 요구되는 최소한의 거래 정보는 관련 법이 정한 기간 동안 결제 플랫폼(App Store / Google Play) 및 사업자 회계 기록으로 보관될 수 있습니다. 이 정보는 게임 진행·계정 식별에 사용되지 않습니다.

이메일로 요청

앱에 접근할 수 없는 경우, 아래 이메일로 삭제를 요청할 수 있습니다. 본인 확인 후 영업일 기준 14일 이내 처리합니다.

Delete in the app (recommended)

Open the game → Settings
Tap Delete Account
Confirm — deletion is immediate and permanent

What is deleted

Your account (sign-in) and anonymous identifier
Game progress (bugs, currency, level, trophies, battle history)
Cloud saves, defense team and ranking records
Chat messages you posted

This action cannot be undone.

What may be retained

Minimal transaction records (e.g., purchase/refund history) may be retained by the payment platforms (App Store / Google Play) and in accounting records for the period required by law. This information is not used to identify your account or game data.

If you cannot access the app, email us and we will process the deletion within 14 business days after verifying your identity.
