본 약관은 곤충 키우기(Bug Champ, 이하 "게임")의 이용에 적용됩니다. 게임을 설치·이용하면 본 약관에 동의한 것으로 봅니다.
게임은 기본적으로 기기 임시(익명) 계정으로 동작하며, 선택적으로 Google 또는 Apple 계정으로 로그인해 진행 상황을 백업할 수 있습니다. 계정과 관련 데이터는 게임 내 설정 → 계정 삭제에서 언제든 영구 삭제를 요청할 수 있습니다.
본 게임은 불쾌감을 주는 콘텐츠와 악의적인 이용자에 대해 무관용(zero tolerance) 정책을 적용합니다. 채팅·닉네임 등 이용자가 만든 콘텐츠에는 다음이 금지됩니다: 욕설·혐오·차별·괴롭힘·성적 표현·폭력 조장·불법 행위·스팸·타인 사칭·개인정보 노출.
이를 위해 게임은 다음을 제공합니다:
신고가 접수되면 운영자는 24시간 이내에 검토하여 위반 콘텐츠를 삭제하고, 위반 이용자의 이용을 제한하거나 영구 차단할 수 있습니다. 위반이 확인된 계정은 사전 통보 없이 정지될 수 있습니다.
게임 내 유료 아이템(젤리, 스킨, 패스 등)은 각 플랫폼(App Store / Google Play)의 결제 시스템을 통해서만 판매됩니다. 유료 재화·아이템은 게임 내에서만 사용 가능한 라이선스이며, 현금으로 환전되거나 다른 이용자에게 이전되지 않습니다. 환불은 각 플랫폼의 환불 정책을 따릅니다.
게임 데이터 변조, 비정상적 방법을 통한 재화·순위 획득, 서비스 방해, 역공학, 자동화 도구 사용을 금지합니다. 위반 시 계정이 제한될 수 있습니다.
게임은 "있는 그대로" 제공되며, 서비스 중단·데이터 손실·이용자 간 분쟁에 대해 법이 허용하는 범위에서 책임을 지지 않습니다.

By installing or using Bug Champ (the "Game") you agree to these Terms.
The Game runs on an anonymous device account by default; you may optionally sign in with Google or Apple to back up progress. You can request permanent deletion of your account and data anytime via Settings → Delete Account in the app.
There is zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. User content (chat, nicknames) must not contain profanity, hate, harassment, sexual content, incitement to violence, illegal activity, spam, impersonation, or exposure of personal information.
The Game provides content filtering (banned-word masking, anti-spam), a report mechanism, and a block mechanism. Reports are reviewed within 24 hours; violating content is removed and abusive users may be suspended or permanently banned without prior notice.
In-app items are sold only through the App Store / Google Play billing. Virtual goods are a license usable within the Game only, are not exchangeable for cash, and are not transferable. Refunds follow each platform's policy.
Modifying game data, obtaining currency/ranking through illegitimate means, disrupting the service, reverse engineering, or using automation tools is prohibited and may result in account restriction.
The Game is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for service interruptions, data loss, or disputes between users.
