오디세이: 돌아온 오디세우스(이하 "본 게임")는 이용자의 개인정보를 소중히 다룹니다. 본 방침은 본 게임이 어떤 정보를 수집하고, 왜 수집하며, 어떻게 관리하는지 설명합니다.

본 게임은 회원가입이 없습니다. 이름·이메일·전화번호·주소·생년월일을 묻지 않으며, 결제 기능도 없습니다.

1. 수집하는 정보

1-1. 이용자가 직접 제공하는 정보

국가 코드는 위치 정보가 아닙니다. 본 게임은 GPS·IP 주소·통신사 정보를 사용하지 않으며, 기기 설정에 기재된 국가 코드만 읽습니다. 이용자가 이동해도 값이 변하지 않습니다.

게임 진행 데이터는 서버로 전송되지 않습니다. 기기 내부에만 저장되므로 앱을 삭제하면 함께 사라지고, 다른 기기로 이어지지 않습니다.

1-3. 자동으로 수집될 수 있는 정보

광고 식별자 — Android 광고 ID(AAID) 및 기기·네트워크 정보. 광고 제공 및 빈도 조절 목적. Google AdMob 이 처리합니다.

2. 제3자 서비스

본 게임은 아래 외부 서비스를 이용하며, 각 서비스는 자체 방침에 따라 정보를 처리합니다.

본 게임은 인앱결제가 없습니다. 결제 정보를 수집하거나 저장하지 않습니다.

3. 광고에 대하여

본 게임은 보상형 광고만 제공합니다. 이용자가 직접 버튼을 눌렀을 때에만 광고가 재생되며, 강제로 노출되는 전면 광고나 배너 광고는 없습니다.

광고가 나오는 자리는 하트 충전, 오늘의 도전 재도전, 끝없는 관문 이어하기 세 곳입니다.
광고 시청은 전적으로 선택 사항이며, 시청하지 않아도 게임 진행에 지장이 없습니다.
기기 설정에서 광고 개인 최적화를 끄거나 광고 식별자를 재설정할 수 있습니다.

4. 보유 및 파기

서버의 순위 기록과 익명 식별자는 이용자가 삭제를 요청할 때까지 보관합니다.
게임 내 설정 → 내 데이터 삭제 로 즉시 영구 삭제할 수 있습니다(삭제 안내).
앱을 삭제하면 기기에 저장된 진행 데이터는 함께 삭제됩니다.

5. 이용자의 권리

이용자는 언제든지 본인 정보의 열람·정정·삭제를 요청할 수 있으며, 광고 개인 최적화를 거부(기기 설정)할 수 있습니다. 게임 내 삭제 기능을 이용할 수 없는 경우 아래 연락처로 접수하며, 접수일로부터 영업일 기준 14일 이내 처리합니다.

거주 지역의 법령(EU GDPR, 캘리포니아 CCPA 등)에 따른 권리 행사도 동일한 연락처로 접수합니다.

6. 아동의 개인정보

본 게임은 만 14세 미만 아동을 주 대상으로 하지 않습니다. 만 14세 미만 아동의 정보가 보호자 동의 없이 수집된 것을 확인한 경우 지체 없이 삭제합니다.

7. 안전성 확보 조치

서버 데이터는 보안 규칙으로 본인 데이터에만 쓰기·삭제가 가능하도록 제한합니다.
전송 구간은 HTTPS 로 암호화합니다.

8. 방침의 변경

본 방침이 변경되는 경우 변경 내용과 시행일을 본 문서에 게시하며, 중요한 변경은 게임 내 공지로 알립니다.

There is no sign-up. We never ask for your name, email, phone number, address, or date of birth. There are no in-app purchases.

1. What we collect

The country code is not location data. We do not use GPS, IP address, or carrier information — only the country code written in your device settings. It does not change when you travel.

Progress is never sent to our server. It is stored only on your device, so it is lost when you uninstall the app and does not transfer to another device.

Your nickname is public on the leaderboard. Please do not include your real name or contact details. You can change it any time in the game's settings.

3. Advertising

This game shows rewarded ads only. An ad plays only when you press a button yourself. There are no forced interstitials and no banners.

The three places are refill a heart, retry the daily trial, and continue an endless run.
Watching is entirely optional and never required to progress.
You can opt out of ad personalization or reset your advertising ID in device settings (Android: Settings → Google → Ads).

4. Retention and deletion

Server-side records and the anonymous identifier are kept until you ask us to delete them.
You can delete them immediately in the game: Settings → Delete My Data (instructions).
On-device progress is removed when you uninstall the app.

5. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information at any time, and you may opt out of ad personalization in device settings. If you cannot use the in-app deletion, contact us below; we respond within 14 business days. Rights under applicable law (EU GDPR, California CCPA, and others) are handled at the same address.

6. Children

This game is not directed to children under 14. If we learn that information from a child under 14 was collected without guardian consent, we delete it without delay.

7. Security

Server security rules restrict writes and deletes to your own data only.
All transmission is encrypted with HTTPS.

8. Changes

If this policy changes, we will post the change and its effective date on this page, and announce significant changes in the game.
