본 약관은 디케이컴퍼니(DKC)가 제공하는 게임 "오디세이: 돌아온 오디세우스"(이하 "본 게임")의 이용 조건을 정합니다. 본 게임을 이용하면 본 약관에 동의한 것으로 봅니다.
본 게임은 무료이며 인앱결제가 없습니다. 이용자는 보상형 광고를 자발적으로 시청해 게임 내 재화(하트 등)를 얻을 수 있습니다. 광고 시청은 선택 사항입니다.
본 게임은 회원가입이 없으며, 순위표 이용을 위해 익명 식별자가 자동으로 부여됩니다. 이용자는 게임 내에서 별명을 정할 수 있습니다.
익명 식별자는 기기에 저장됩니다. 앱을 삭제하거나 기기를 변경하면 진행 데이터와 순위 기록이 이어지지 않습니다.
위 행위가 확인되면 해당 순위 기록을 삭제하거나 서비스 이용을 제한할 수 있습니다.
순위표에 등록된 별명·국가·기록은 다른 이용자에게 공개됩니다. 부적절한 별명은 사전 통지 없이 삭제될 수 있습니다.
기술적 오류나 부정행위가 확인된 경우 순위표를 초기화할 수 있으며, 이 경우 게임 내 또는 본 페이지에 안내합니다.
청동·금화·하트 등 게임 내 재화는 현금 가치가 없으며 환전·양도·판매할 수 없습니다. 서비스 종료 시 별도의 보상은 제공되지 않습니다.
제공자는 게임의 내용·난이도·밸런스를 개선을 위해 변경할 수 있습니다. 서비스를 중단하는 경우 가능한 범위에서 사전에 안내합니다.
본 게임은 "있는 그대로" 제공됩니다. 제공자는 관련 법령이 허용하는 범위에서, 기기 환경·네트워크 상태 등 제공자의 통제를 벗어난 사유로 발생한 손해에 대해 책임을 지지 않습니다.

These terms govern your use of the game "Odyssey: The Return of Odysseus" provided by DKC. By using the game you agree to these terms.
The game is free and contains no in-app purchases. You may voluntarily watch rewarded ads to obtain in-game resources such as hearts. Watching ads is always optional.
There is no sign-up. An anonymous identifier is assigned automatically so that leaderboards can work, and you may choose a nickname in the game.
The anonymous identifier is stored on your device. If you uninstall the app or change devices, your progress and leaderboard records do not carry over.
We may delete affected leaderboard records or restrict access if such conduct is found.
Your nickname, country, and records are visible to other players. Inappropriate nicknames may be removed without prior notice. Leaderboards may be reset if a technical error or cheating is found; we will announce this in the game or on this page.
Bronze, gold, hearts, and other in-game resources have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged, transferred, or sold. No compensation is provided if the service ends.
We may change the game's content, difficulty, and balance to improve it. If the service is discontinued, we will give advance notice where reasonably possible.
The game is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for damages arising from causes outside our control, such as your device environment or network conditions.
